I am intrigued that Valrix gets a mention. I have had surgery for GIST...and the treatment is lifelong inhibition using a tyrosine kinase inhibitor which stops the errant cells from multipying They need tyrosine kinase to multiply...have far too many receptors for tyrosine...and the tyrosine kinase blocker blocks the receptor and stops the cancer cell from using it.. Imatinib is a wonderful drug but it does not cure the cancer ,it only slows it down. So I am astonished to think that a valrix compound is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor...one day my bank balance and my health might both be on the up !!
How low will this go ?? Surely not due to the crime in Mexico..which is certainly quite frighteningly prevalent . But that couldn't interfere with Bacanora surely ??
I have been in for 18 months. A good Simon Thompson recommendation.
Not aware ...pretty impressive price though !
Are we being shorted ?
I have been waiting for over a year for this to get moving. Simon Thompson's picks usually come good eventually! UANC has land around Cambridgeshire..and every time I visit Cambridge it has expanded further. Ely is busy doubling in size...must be Kings Lynn's turn soon.
Somebody wants this company.
Very positive. Big increase in building in a very popular area around Oxford and Cambridge.
You can't ask for more. !.They set a target of 1000 new homes\year...have met that and are now aiming for 2000/homes/year within 5 years.
I like the increase in dividend ! as well as the encouraging progress
I think Gleesons are quiet achievers. One of my few aim stocks that I don't worry about.
Deal with the Chinese....wonder how much it will be worth?
I thought it looked promising but the sharemarket doesn't agree!
All looks very positive to me inspite of a couple of hiccups. The firm is concentrating on some potentially very profitable projects....near to Cambridge as well as accessible to London.
Will this company be bought out ? Their new battery formulation sounds commercially very desirable.
Replacing sugars with a natural lo cal sweetener like Stevia should be a slam dunk profit maker as long as production is reliable. Can't imagine why anyone would short this now: last year there was a shortage of leaf.
Recommended by Investors Chronicle recently.
Certainly isn't golden when it comes to shares on AIM. What is happening here ? Anything ?
The only bad scenario that I can think of is that Telit is somehow involved with VW.....pure guesswork on my part...but this aggressive shorting make one think that the shorters must have some reason for thinking they can get away with this. Surely not a Globo scenario ?? hard to believe. Otherwise it must be move to make a fortune for some scoundrels who will buy back cheaply and then wait for a huge rise.
a good simile. I am so glad I sold out yesterday...will sit on the sidelines and wait and see what happens. What on earth is fuelling this attack ??
