all going in the right direction ...just need more supply to hit the market which hopefully it will given macro uncertainties...important comments about focusing on agent incentivisation...this is key...a return to the old days when Foxtons agents were the best paid on the street and hence you always wanted them to sell your property
Capita is a company with £3bn of revenues, 40k employees and making disposals in line with guidance so that the b/s is in a healthy condition...all this yet it only has a market cap of £470m...it makes no sense and is now extremely oversold and unfortunately could be taken out for peanuts by PE....for comparison Alpha FX has revenues of £65m and a mkt cap of £700m....nuts!
results next Wednesday.....should be good judging by recent updates and likely followed by a management roadshow to spark interest....combine that with a technical bottom on the chart and we look well set up for some share price performance finally...
we'll look back at £1 as a great entry level...there's a clear turnaround strategy that can be deployed here IMO..a)improve corporate governance and review accounts b) sell part or all of myprotein which would remove any financing concerns and underpin the SOTP...c)divest Ingenuity into the US and d) recruit a better PR firm and improve IR....just need to execute...simple!
this sentence is key ..."The Group's unswerving long-term strategic focus has technology at its core and it will continue to evolve its proposition, products and footprint to meet the growing needs of its client base and the changing way they interact with Argentex. ".....if they can re-position themselves as more tech orientated as AFX have done they should re rate..underneath they are v.similar businesses and don't warrant such an extreme valuation differential IMO
London prices moving in the right direction....

shares are nicely set up to rally into the results in a few weeks...expecting a continuation of the strong trading and should push on into the 60's triggering the windfall for management..
that's a bit extreme LCP123...note they referred to 'employees' so it could be an issue to do with a van driver as much as a director and hence not major problem ....best to wait until the report before casting judgement
remember a couple of years back when they had to deny press speculation that PE firm CVC had made an approach?...could make more sense for a deal at current levels and with the company in better shape IMO...still plenty of portfolio rationalization to be done...
wow!...someone just paid over the asking price for 18m shares!...42.3p
