-5% GMV in UK is a good result....market fully aware of declining GMV....ebitda and stable fcf all that matters at this stage of turnaround..

It's a free hit on anything consumer related given concerns about inflation spike hitting demand....it's a fair assumption but after a 40% fall from recent highs I'd say a big chunk of fear is in the price and it's nicely postioned for a bounce if they can maintain forecasts...

Small free float doesn't help liquidity....if they can deliver an inline update one would expect shares to bounce...

We had a t/u with the notice of results on 21st March last year...assume we'll get one any day now?

If he goes over 30% he has to launch a bid at 320p+ which i think is the highest price he's paid in the last 6 months...would be a steal at that price...

Whoever bought Ashleys's puts is looking good...interested to see if TR1 comes out....mkt caps of Boohoo and Asos now the same yet revs £900m vs £2.5bn...!

Tiny amount and some of these hedge funds own the underlying equity and are 'short' as a derivative not fundamentally short...nothing to worry about..huge technical support at 220p

The bull case is that majority didn't want to sell at a discount and aren't weak holders....this has been a useful price discovery exercise to see where selling level is ....clearly not 20p...so now we have a floor and bitcoin continues to rally...

It's a clever move by Webley...effectively removes the warrants overhang and flushes out the weak holders...

Impressive raise given we're in August...a 'well known institutional investor'...significant comment as shows shareholder base is becoming more blue chip....will be interesting to see who that is..
