Rio2 Gold did the exact same thing while announcing a streaming deal with Wheaton Precious Metals, however they were able to do so at a much higher market cap.

So we got the news we are all dreading but not completely shocked by.

IMO it would make sense that all existing liabilities must be settled prior to new financing. Furthermore some of the early works will require cash in the bank, so this is not a complete shock to me.

The share price is actually holding up well from a technical perspective. Share price support at 0.5p has held and i still expect the breakout to eventually occur first half of 2025. A break down below 0.5p and this share will go down quite dramatically. The management must ensure 0.5p holds otherwise the technical traders will sell in droves.

I imagine this is why there has been a noticable uptick in the ask without a great deal of buying today.

...then is the right time for Kefi to expand into other Arubian Shield projects.

This to me is a smart move to make sure the main project gets over the line.

At the end of the day we all want Kefi to survive, shares not to be diluted and for Kefi to generate cash in the near future.

And clear indication they wish to avoid placings in any way they can. Bullish.
