Only 1 - I take a bit of umbrage at the suggestion I am trying to deramp. Yes, I am currently negative, critical and suspicious but , I believe, with good reason. The SP is at its lowest ever, Fooler himself has stated that until the levels return to pre-pandemic then the company won’t be profitable without signing something and history shows us how poor the track record is on that front. I have no desire to see the SP lower and definitely have no intention of buying any further shares.

The trouble is, even a small raise would mean issuing a lot of shares. If they went for £500k after expenses it would probably need to be done at around 3.5p to get it away, may be lower. Even at that price you’re looking at another 15 million shares.

Riverfort still have a lot of shares that they got from the mezzanine / EPSA agreement and have until the end of the year to sell.

If we went down that route again it would be bad news for shareholders and the SP would no doubt slide towards the 1p level under the weight of selling.

Sounds like exactly the sort of thing Fooler will do.

They’ll say signing an MOU isn’t in the category of information that must be RNS’d.

Given Fooler used to say that he wouldn’t even inform shareholders of MOU’s and wanted to keep all the cusps secret it’s not really a surprise. Obviously , if there’s a raise to get to away then he’ll sing like a canary on anything that might get interest.

Some suggestions on Twitter that there is a large seller currently holding the SP back. Difficult to know if this is true or forward selling of the suspected placing.

We do know that Riverfort still have a fair amount to dump before the end of the year. Fooler noted in the commentary in December that he had reasons to believe the SP would be higher when it came to these insto’s selling - obviously not,

I think it might need a couple of cracks to get through the 60p level before moving through and upwards quite quickly.

Good luck 3p. Sensing the same but hesitant on pressing the sell button when, in theory, things should be looking up. Just can’t trust Fooler one bit.

I read somewhere recently that they thought the last placing had now been rinsed through. Fooler must be hoping enough of the placees made a bit last time to tempt them to come back next time. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least to wake up to another placing RNS - a lot of noise along with suspicious trading and the inability to get away from the 4p level makes it all look like something is going on.

Remember, in Foolers book, each cusp is valid for at least 2 placings.

Given the mega Xmas gift had all the cusps listed that only counts as a fraction of a placing for each cusp.

The 5 airport deal is good for at least another raise on its own.

My simplistic brain reads that as being there won’t be any cost to the client and we, as supplier, will provide investment along with expertise ?

Someone please correct me or tell me how that is good business ?

Most of the big gains were made when these companies were all under the radar at the start of Covid. Once they were identified as potentially having a role to play and being able to benefit , then the stocks shot up.

Since then, they’ve generally failed to live up to expectations with too much hype, delay and poor communication and very little actual delivery. If you look at ODX, GDR, TILS, AVCT they’ve all failed to really deliver significantly versus expectations.

Like ODX , this is a traders wet dream and so easily played because there’s never any news.

A few down days with negative sentiment, then spin a few positives on Twitter and pump the price up and all of a sudden it’s about to go to the moon. Most of the time the one day spikes only get the SP back to where it was five or six days earlier.

Good luck to those playing the game on these stocks , but they must be mega frustrating to hold.

I imagine we get about 2p per test through the platform. As usual no figures and clearly not significant.

Sham - agreed. The market knows Fooler comes back on a regular basis and will happily regurgitate updates to get a placing away. A bit worrying that this can’t get comfortably out of the 3’s and whether the twitterati hype over the last couple of days was to try and trigger a rise to forward sell ahead of an imminent placing. I wouldn’t bet against it with F up Fooler.

There were hardly any questions (3 I think) and they were so bland I can’t remember them. Certainly nothing as hard hitting as , why haven’t you lot put your hand in your pocket.

Misty - to be fair , this generally leak free because most of the time there is nothing to leak. All the froth and supposed news on social media is just the same crew trying to manipulate for 10%.
