Another failed trader ?

Geentee - in amongst your valiant defence of Fooler, one word stood out worth raising - ‘Trust’.

Do you trust him and believe all the information put out in RNS’s is truthful and honest as can be ? Whilst not dishonest or false, I find it very hard to trust Fooler and find the information he provides to be opaque, at times deceptive and set out to manipulate and deceive shareholders.

Trust - hard to win, easily lost and in Foolers case very much something he hasn’t achieved.

AH21 - I suspect that you don’t even know whether you’ve been fooled or not by Fooler this time.

For many here, what this actually means, good or bad, is not clear as it’s generally a corporate share and capital structure matter. Don’t expect the company to explain to the layman.

Personally this board isn’t active enough or tedious enough to bother with filtering. I’m happy to read all views - even those I disagree with , on both sides, rampers an derampers as they get categorised. Even boards like ODX with the constant childish squabbling I tend to largely ignore rather than filter.

Nobody should be making investment judgements from the opinions posted on here. It doesn’t people can’t be praiseworthy, critical, cynical, irreverent or just plain obtuse.

Obviously Ian you won’t get to see this. Carry on filtering and pretty soon you’ll be talking to yourself.

Careful yrabs, you’ll get filtered for casting aspersions on those who may or may not be trading this on the back of social media posting.

We normally see a trading update towards the end of the year - could be an awkward one to word if ratification still hasn’t been confirmed by then.

Drag - I don’t knock someone trading , though it seems a bit desparate for a couple of %.

We don’t know if it’s necessarily one of those that suddenly starts pumping again on social media. I’m probably just cynical of them when they start with claiming how cheap this is / going to double figures / buying more / don’t sell until much higher - when it’s highly likely they’ve then dumped for a couple of hundred quid profit after holding for a day.

Being played again I see.

Someone bought 148780 just after 9 yesterday and sold today for just under £300 profit. Always the same, a small number of buys followed by the usual crew retweeting each other’s posts on Twitter to make it look like there a bit of life. As soon as they get up 5% it’s straight to the ejector button.

It would be nice to see us with both feet in the 5’s first. I think we’d need some news to drive the 20% + rise to get this back to 6p.

Once again the narrative is on Fooler failing to meet an expectation set by himself, and the prospect of another round of dilution.

No wonder no one is buying and the SP stagnates when those looking in will just assume the same old WSG failures, despite the seemingly positive vibe some months ago.

This moving in to that territory where there’s an opportunity for a good rebound - not sure it’s there yet.

This is now a traders share , make money on the swings. Maybe a bit of news or hype every now and then will give the SP a kick but I don’t see anything fundamentally that will get this back anywhere near the 50p level.

I’d be more than happy to see the next placing slip into 2022 - or even longer.

Classic jam tomorrow scenario - ‘we know we said this year, but it’ll definitely be next year’ (fingers crossed).

All those who took the placing hoping for a bounce are probably exiting now. They’d rather take a 10% loss than keep funds tied up in a stagnant share.

Can see this falling further before traders jump in looking for a bounce.

Don’t see Dudd coming up with anything to change sentiment so this will be a traders share.

Surely one glimpse of his awards and it’ll be signed quicker than you can say Sir Peter.

If they can spin this out for a couple more months, maybe a pre Xmas ratification will allow Fooler to get another raise in for the family. I’m sure he’d like to go to the well 3 times for the same contract.

AH21 - I’d like to say no chance but I also wouldn’t put it past him.

Sad thing is it looked like we might be turning the tide. The two contract announcements seemed genuinely transformational and I can almost (begrudgingly) see past the form book placing done on the back of them.

It looked like Fooler was starting to win business, sentiment was turning, a chance for meaningful revenues and maybe even get to the place where debt funding could replace shafting shareholders on a regular basis,

Sadly, the veneer has started to fade, sentiment going with it and we are back to the WSG that the market knows all about. Any potential investors who will have previously known all about the past will take one look and realise it’s still the same old Fooler family f*** up.

We used to be good at signing MOU’s that never progressed (but all still definitely alive !).

Now we have a growing list of signed contracts currently ‘pending’, with the other African ‘restructure’ pending and of course Iran - not dead but as good as. Didn’t we have a US bridge contract signed that came to nothing ?

I know Fooler is sanguine about the delay but WSG’s reputation on this is getting beyond a joke.

I’m not sure that cat eating agreement was ever ratified.

By some of the logic on here PI’s can have no complaints or issues if they lose money on any of the fraudulent businesses that have gone bust over the last few years taking investors cash with them, including large companies like Carillion and Patisserie Valerie.

If the stock market and companies want people to invest in them then they should be able to trust the information they get provided in which to make their decisions. It’s perfectly acceptable to question the trustworthiness of the individuals giving that information if it proves to be misleading.

To be fair those ‘busy trading away’ on the dips and rises in the current range are the only ones who’ll be making any money here. As an investment this has been a dog for years and , despite the mega contracts announced this year the SP stubbornly refuses to get anywhere near 52 week highs.

Trade away people - all the rest from Fooler is just a side show.
