In my opinion lc is doing everything and more that he possibly can and it’s easy to criticise but not if we don’t know what’s going behind the scenes I would imagine kibo has probably been given the right old runaround here and it’s only through sheer dedication and determination we have got this far. . Just because the format change has been announced it doesn’t mean it’s taken months likely sprung at the last minute and we are now in the final stages which is great news indeed. No way lc would keep anyone or anything in the dark in my opinion it’s just been an awfully complicated process the intricate details of which we don’t know and that I am sure is for good reason. Remember lc’s comment about how sensitive this all is and remember we don’t know the half of it really. Constraints on what can and can’t be reported throughout I am sure Onwards and very much upwards . The ppa will transform kibo and very quickly imvho
