So no alternative, it's just how it is? Find it staggering that a massive organisation like them don't allow you to be reactive in share dealing in a market which is all about being able to react quickly. I also complained, just got a standard 'we do our best' type response...very disappointing.

So frustrating though when you're poised to buy and suddenly you've lost out by a significant amount
