well after 9 years that's me finally out of this nightmare i've sold up only wish i'd done it years ago, the endless averaging down and the hope and belief the BOD would turn it around still haunt me. Still amazed that they have managed to mess this up. Feel duped and betrayed as many of you will. Good luck to any brave long termers left. For me it was a case of enough was enough and i've got out with something left at least before they gorge it all away from the trough.
So our illustrious leader in his wisdom opened his mouth and mumbled that the ENEO deal should be imminent in a couple of weeks. well that is now around 4 weeks overdue or whatever it is and the SP has dropped 35% from 40.35p on Sept 12th to equal the 12 month low of 26.50p its sat at now. All that in a month lets hope he keeps his gob shut in future. However it would be nice if the imminent ENEO deal could be raised from the ashes, who knows we could get back to the dizzy heights of 40p which should have been the springboard to start from for the contract news instead of the drift down to point it is now. I wanted to buy in a lump to average down as I need well over 70p to breakeven after numerous averaging down attempts, but I dare not the way this is tumbling. I am sure not paying an ask price of 28.95p when the SP is 26.5 too. Good luck all, god knows we need it
Mr Mikejonesy,
Thanks for the reply, I wouldn't say its not his fault at all. I would say he is in a position of trust and influence. He has a duty to make an informed decision on information he is privy to and then needs to make any allowances and add his professional judgement to deadlines and dates before making statements in the public domain. As Milwall6 stated a good CEO would have worded in a fashion to renew in the near future.
I am afraid its happened too many times before and there does not seem to be any learning from past mistakes.
This has been the longest "Couple of weeks" of my life!!!! I just hope that when old age or illness comes and the doctor says you've got a couple of weeks to live he uses the Kevin Foo Calendar system.
I would also like my next job to be in the VOG sales office, extortionate salary for absolutely jack s.. work.
One Day Rodney we will be rich .........................
I would say all invested in this farce have the right to exercise their frustrations. After all the rubbish we are fed as a poor excuse for the tirade of "bad luck" It must be nice to sit there on a 6 figure salary picking up bonuses for delivering absolutely nothing. I for one am tired of the bull they come out with now. I have been tied into this for far too long yet still need a miracle to get to my breakeven get out price, despite numerous further buy ins to drop my average.
Rumour has it that the drilling company is called DikFoo Kashcow they have a state of the art rotary hand drill and are working sometimes as much as 3 hours a week to rectify the situation. It is understood though they outsourced the majority of the work to cheapaschips drilling corp. The Company paid up front in full for the Drilling and the late completion bonuses of 47m have been successfully achieved. Unfortunately a local child dropped his spud gun down the hole causing a bit of an issue but the potato was successfully retrieved. Apparently a Russian man on facebook called Igor Fookinofski has made a substantial offer for westmed believed to be in the region of 3 goats, 2 chickens and 4 meerkats eggs. The 67 strong sales team are working non stop on signing up new customers and between them successfully made a total of 3 phone calls to prospective new customers last year. Kevins extended family members OOOPS I mean the Company sales team anticipate new highs this year after negotiating a new 150% sales bonus increase for every carrier bag of gas sold. The future is bright for the company and the board are working on a new scheme to suck more cash out of the long suffering shareholders. They wish to thank everyone who took up the recent 57p share offer and plan to record a version of the company song "roll out the barrel" at the 8 week Company management conference in the Maldives. Allegedly
Yes agreed Faramog this is definitely a case tuck it away in the back of the drawer and wait for that rainy day. When the ownership does finally get sorted out things should well improve. Lets hope the dividends maintain a healthy level in the meantime while we await the dizzy heights of the IPO price of £2.60 per share. Not this year that's for sure. Into 2017 is my guess. I am not selling at this price however
Since the fairly positive Q1 trading update 2 weeks ago the SP has dropped a further 24p (approx. 17.75%). I appreciated the markets are getting hammered but would you not agree this stock is getting hit harder than it should be. The dividend was kind but that level of return wont last forever. Can anybody offer any plausible reasoning for the SP and opinion on the likelihood of an upward trend for a change for the SP to recover? or will good news just offer a spike for a day and then be a day traders dream with a tail off to lower SP than prior to the good news. Not one of my better investment choices
