The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
RNS! Looking forward to seeing how the story develops. First things first though- the weekend has begun!. Happy weekend all!
I took notes of the significant shareholders from updates- 28th Feb and 27th April.
28th Feb there were 3, 632, 221, 134 shares, but only 2.03% shares not in public hands.
27th April there were 5, 332, 221, 134 shares, but this time 15.60% not in public hands.
Quite the increase. If you dig further, you'll understand where the increase comes into play lol
When a Director resigns, are they required to sell they're holding? And is the company required to declare anyone with 3% or above when it comes to significant holders?
DYOR
You’d have to down to at least 15 min chart to check.
Blacks are unknown meaning unknown if buy or sell, but you can figure out if it’s a buy or sell from trade price. Same goes for sells that are really buys. Just look at charts and see what time the trade happened and what the price was about that time.
some more to round off my holding. Long term strategy now. Simple.
I believe you’re right. The story sounds fantastic & lucky to be in at these prices.
in today. Looking at long time investment. Looks really promising from what I’ve seen on Proactive Investors.
It showed up late on LSE.
this time Liberia. Perhaps it's already been shared before, but thought it worth posting regardless. It's from March.

£207 million per year for both mines ain’t too shabby indeed! Their website also shows a further mine in Armenia + something happening in Kyrgyzstan.
Thanks for the learning curve.
Between both mines on the report 120 mt @ 2.5 mtpa x grade of 2.5 = 6,250,000 grams / 31.1035 = 200,942.01 ounces per year. Gold Per Ounce is currently quoted @ £1033.42.

Antos seems to be the one directing the RTO this time since he joined Coeur Gold Holding last year. Don’t think he was involved in previous attempts.
If I’m reading the info about the Mines correctly from that report, we have-
Azatek Mine - 25 Tonnes C1 Category (explored)
Sofi Bina Mine - 95 Tonnes C2 Category (estimated) P1 (Proven Reserves + proved undeveloped reserves)
Estimated grade 2.5 g/t (Anything above 2 is high grade)
1 Tonne = 1000 Kilograms. Gold Price U.K. is £33,225 per Kilogram (current). 1000 Kilograms x 1 Tonne = £33,225,000.
Azatek Mine @ 25 Tonnes = £830,625,000
Sofi Bina Mine @ 95 Tonnes = £3,156,375,000
That’s providing these are still current estimates.
Do we know what % they own of each Mine?
C1 & C2 Category & P1 I found the meanings from google. DYOR.
Yeah, he used to be CEO of it between 2007 - 2011, I believe.
I'll be celebrating for sure once it passes 0.067 or thereabout. That's roughly when PH released that RNS back in mid April saying they didn't know why the price was rising and the share price was judo chopped in half on open lol
3 RNSs 3 days running. Things moving quickly now!
“RTO is a type of merger that private companies engage in to become publicly traded without resorting to an IPO—also known as a reverse merger.”
