At the risk of being laughed at, where is a good starting point to start to lean about trends/ indicators, graphs ect.

I currently buy shares on my beliefs a company can do, not a great deal of knowledge into shares dealing, but that does not mean I wouldn't like to know about candlesticks, upside down handles ect.

This is a genuine request for help.

As much as I'd like to high 5 people, I'm in at an average of 5.28 for nearly 6000 shares. Great they opening up these few markets, but the volumes from the UK equate to about 400 people per day.

Unite are terrible, regardless of which industry they represent I have found the reps to be militant and whom will cut their nose off spite their face.

Haha.. my very first share was Rio just after the credit crunch, doubled my money ( very very modest amount) yesterday had a wild punt on oasis petroleum, bought at the top yesterday, only to find it opening up at -20% today...
