After Fridays announcement by Tomco about the share price increasing I decided to email Tomco to ask various questions, including about introducing more shares to raise funds, but at a big discount to the share price. In fairness to Tomco I received a reply from the CEO John Potter. I haven’t got time to write out all the email ( I’m not the best at IT copy and pasting ) but in fairness to other serious buyers in this company I thought I should share his final paragraph.

‘ the next couple of months are exciting for Tomco and despite the very unusual times we are in, The company has managed to get the joint venture with Valkor Over the line, and set things up for a transformational change for the company’. Best regards John Potter

I appreciate the de tampers will say what john emailed me is only what has been similar to previous RNS’s about the joint venture etc.

I was always going to hold my shares for the months and years ahead as I believe in this technology and Tomco. Yes I was very frustrated with the wording of the RNS on Friday and the heavily discounted new shares HOWEVER with cash in the bank and exciting months ahead I’ve topped up again and have a considerable holding in this company .ATB to serious investors

I would like to point you to the recent regulatory news item that the Company released in regards to the appointment of its new CEO Graham Clarke. The RNS should explain further, but to confirm, Hayden Locke is very much still involved in the Company as a director, and will be focusing on the funding of the project going forward.
