I see a later inquiry ( Chicago metro) from the aptly named 'MuckRock' are told that as they sell on any information requested that the authority's will withhold certain details.

Yes, caught me by surprise very good if they stick to it.
Thoughts re the documents, T&C's etc, being in the public domain. I wondered if the company were aware?

Hope LSE show the link.
Persimmon, apologies re my last post, I answered 'you' on another thread and 'them' on Thru.
Age related I'm afraid.
Thank you very much for the reply. I get it now, it could be described as an area where 'boffins could get into a mucking fuddle'.
Risky at this level but on the other hand might turn out to be OK.
Cheers.
expatbrat, please excuse my ignorance but a product created by using VLS hardware has been bought by Shell for use in aircraft. Is it true then that for that type of fuel input proposed at the VLS plant at Immingham Lincolnshire, will not be because of gasification problems?
I'm struggling to understand as most of what I do find on the internet is both baffling or contradicted elsewhere.
Thanks in advance.
Not for me I'm afraid.Operational gearing is very high and in a downturn of any sort will be a big problem .
Related party transactions? no thanks.
From recent awards RNS:
In normal circumstances the Performance Conditions on which the vesting of the awards would depend, would be set on the date of award. However, given the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been agreed that the Performance Conditions will be agreed later this year and no later than 31 December 2020, once the impact of the pandemic on the trading performance of the Company is better understood.
Near as dammit a profit warning.
I meant to mention Black has a considerable holding which seams to confirm your feeling.
Thank you, will do.
Excuse my ignorance but surly a higher SP would benefit if they were planning a fund raise. Unless I have completely misunderstood your post ?
Well, much as I like TPT, there is negative Free Cash Flow which is on a downward trend. More debt then.
I will reduce and come back in a few months time. Lots of redundancies on the way. More heartache.
Why is the spread so wide then?
Dont be, they will always have to buy growth to pay for the related party transactions.
That's MM's saying ' yeah buy em, but we dont want em back..'
Looks like a fund raise due anyhow.
I feel a little apprehensive re buying more. They have stated that they are looking to buy more companys, the growth rate is abysmal ( not counting the recent orders- but are they giving it away as the profit margins are not the best) If they have to buy companys to achieve T/O will they be coming round with the begging bowl ? The 18m odd they raised in 2018 is down to 9m odd.
Well said yummy, you'd get my vote.
Nothing new, the competitors in the same space are listed in the IPO document but their offerings are way behind that of Bidstacks.
Yeah except ANZU arent mentioned and they are ahead of Bidstack.
Telling porkies early bird, naughty chick.
Sold out, not enough profit to cover the 5.5m raised in equity raise. Maybe get back in later but the share price isent going anywhere soon.
Totally agree with you Nickel- Investor, also re the IPO it clearly states that any expansion into the US ( which MUST come about) will need a fund raise.
Bolgas the IPO document is the long bit of paper that is full of facts.
