So buried in their disclosures is the fact that GEM Funds have the right to put a warrant they hold to the company in return for $27.2 million in unrestricted CRML shares on the one year anniversary of the combination ie on 28 Feb (so 2 weeks time) there is a party that’s going to get $27.2 m of shares (based on the price then) effectively for no cash consideration… can’t imagine that’s going to be great for the share price…. Seems nuts but there you go…
