So linked in is out of date as there are documents files at a companies house equivalent saying duncan is at frr. Those out of date zoom links are confusing issues in regard to who is where when etc.
Liz is on there! vp of business development. Has worked for an australian co since 2006 but seems to be back, for payday maybe.....
Sorry, failed change of partners, mis-read. Dont understand how they could block changing a partner(essentially another investor)
Whats the thinking on these failed transfers (apologies, i got lost with all the similar co names) was it zaza trying to move the asset to another co? Hope? The fact its failed is good news for us? Or is this the transfer alluded to which meant the caymans insolvencies were irrelevant to us as shareholders
I would have thought it was dustin that left because of zaz not hope, i think hopes a bit thicker skinned
It was never the same after liz left
All plc will get a Report of all buys /sells from capita (or it was them in 2000) so this 5k sell should not be a Mystery. I ws sent one each month for a co i worked for bck then and it had names of purchsers/sellers as i had seen mine and it was recorded by my boss as a ‘not closed period’ purhase
There is a good gym near tower bridge, in a hotel, i hear, that the largest investors in FRR go to. You may hear some good gossip there about a takeover or an mystery investor. I was there 6 months ago and i heard some amazing ru ours- turned put to be made up but it was hilarious, we all had a good laugh about it
ouch!

if/when this re-lists it will be with the news we have been waiting for, not with a fizzle. anyone sat on shorts now will not have a chance to get out.
looks like oct 11th to me, the the previous one issued not the latest (if there is a latest)
i didnt expect there to be a conclusion from the last hearing, i would just like to see any defence submissions or hear that they have been advised to go away and try to sort it out.

this is the registration page, i have had a go but dont hear for 2 days. i entered that i am a private individual under company name as i am no longer an employee at a law firm - if anyone else is, they may have a better chance at having registration accepted.
they say -
It is important that the judgments of the courts are made publicly available, as they form part of the law of the land in relation to the principles they decide. The “precedents” established by court decisions have to be followed by future courts and it is therefore crucial that they are collected together and the most important ones published and thoroughly indexed. They are in daily use by the Cayman courts and by the attorneys who practice before them.
think about what lawyers would pitch up with a claim for £56m with no back up.
Any money left in the pot to subscribe to web-sources in caymans to access more info? Cant remember if this was ever spent but it got close to £3k. Seems silly to struggle to find info for free if theres money in the pot still
bit of a damp squid when you say it like that though
