Does anyone know how much future production has been forward sold at a fixed price? Please enlighten if you do.
Suffice it to say that the institutional buyer of Rod's shares paid 14.5 pence for them, a considerable premium at this stage. And bought £2.9 million pounds worth. From this it is pretty easy to say with integrity that professionals strongly understand that BlueJay has in place all that is required for a great future.
Because people do not yet realise what it means. They are waiting for visibility of the cash flow that will come with the ilmenite mining in Greenland. Not long to wait now and then the market will reassess the JAY portfolio, which is without any doubt IMHO one of the highest quality in the world - and in safe jurisdictions. This is not just my view - what do I know - but I clearly recall Ian Henderson stating that as his reason for becoming involved when asked the question at the AGM a couple of years ago. You can check out his profile on the company's website.
You would IMHO be crazy to sell now. It has been creeping up because those who have got their heads screwed on and have a little foresight know that they are going to have a moment in the sun quite soon now.
I think one should say: ZOOOOM!!!!
To my mind the most important (and least commented) statement in a recent RNS remains:
- enhancement of the servicing fee net margin (the difference between client company fee received by SYME' Stock Company and the operating and finance costs of the securitisation notes) from approximately 2% to 3% of the total value of inventory monetised. This implies a potential profit margin improvement of approximately 50%.
The Half Year report shows the value building within Deltic to an extraordinary extent. Well managed and with cash tightly controlled and more than enough for at least the next two years, with new prospects coming on board, and a partnership with Shell, there is no room for sour grapes here. Well done all LTH. This will make us rich. ( And thank God Reabold Resources have been kicked into touch, as they certainly deserved to be, with their opportunistic and ill-conceived offer which was rightly rejected out of hand.)
I agree SuperRoty. And in some ways it is even more significant here, as this will mark the beginning of the end of the long period before effective opening up of Geenland by its Government for judicous mining by responsible companies, of which IMO JAY is far and away the leader and the epitome.
The buying volumes on this share can be very strong and Jay is now reaching a major inflexion point which will see it rerate to around 15p in the coming weeks just for starters. With the best mineral landholdings in the most prospective mining country on earth, andboth the safe governments of Greenland and Denmark invested at 10p, there is much more to play for here than 8.8p!
The message is that this is the minimum that Tiziana is worth, never mind Accustem which will be long gone.
