Looks like a well structured deal, if we can secure the NAE vote, to acquire the balance of Redmoor. Like the fact that a significant component of the purchase consideration to come from future cash flows from the mine, thus avoiding dilution to shareholders.

The decision between leasing and buying land are complex but usually boil down down to long term value, rights, flexibility and control - and maybe PHE have determined that any lease agreements offered so far don't offer any of that and want more certainty? Good start this morning. :)

Loads of volume traded today. in the end the volume of sells fell a long way short of the buys - 15 million difference. So the late rally back up in the last half hour was the only logical part of the day! Looks promising for next week and still holding. GLA.

Very odd to see such a drop when buys have been heavily outnumbering sells the last two days. There could be a number of reasons for this but I wouldn't be at all surprise if a large buyer is quietly accumulating stock via his broker.

Some very brisk buying late on - it's great to see both the sector and SML shares back in demand :-)

The uplift to LC's average grades of +42% from the existing grades is is promising, with the prospect of more to come.

I agree, it merits a substantial re-rate from this MC, particularly when you consider that "on a SnEq grade basis using this benchmarking data, Redmoor [Total Inferred Resource @11.7mt ] ranks as the 2nd highest grade known undeveloped tin or tungsten Mineral Resource in the world behind its Cornwall neighbour South Crofty". :-)

Today's RNS on corporate structure is interesting. Time will tell though if it marks a turnaround in fortunes for long term shareholders. 10p just paid but still on a tiny valuation here with plenty of upside once the new strategy starts to deliver. GLA.

Good news following s successful trial of tge techbnology. Should open the gates next year to more new business in the fraud sector.

Well it's a dilution of just under 8.2%, but the £660k of working capital in the bank should see us through the next phase of process development whatever happens with Toyota - which is still in play.

If someone had said a year or ago, these were going to be the Phase 1 mineralisation grades we were going to get out of Redmoor, I'd have bitten their hands off!. Plus the SP was much higher then. The intrinsic value of the prospect has now been increased, so IMO its just a matter of time before the market catches up.

Now bouncing back after a steady retreat that should lift the mining sector. Copper and nickel up c.1.65% already today. Hopefully a turning point?

That's a decent sized buy (100k) just gone through ahead of the results next week, which I hope will show improvement on last time and prove that the BoD is delivering the goods. I expect further buys this week. GLA.

As you say, it was and still is undervalued, given the progress being made on at least 3 key assets, any one of which could easily justify multiples of the current combined SP valuation. This is why many of us haven't sold out in haste and added whilst we could. GLA.

This RNS is certainly a step in the right direction that wasn't on the cards are few months ago when our partner's funding gap was announced doubt. That hit our SP hard, over 50% if you trace it back so now the funding is sorted and strong mineralisation is coming through, the SP should start to recover back to 2+over the coming weeks. Patience will be rewarded!

For a company that is still developing it's systems and products in order to deliver higher growth down the line, for me the increased profitability vs the same period last year is impressive. Challenge now iso to drive the revenue line up in the next half.
