I believe alot of investors did not understand the RNS and the reason for suspension.

They basically panicked + all the stop losses that were taken out.

As long as nothing else appears then on re-listing we will gain 25% on yesterday's purchases + whatever good news we can retrieve from accounts and forward looking statement.

All the loonies (greenbox brigade) did'nt help either unless of course you had monies to top up for which we can thank them for the low price.

Everything is OK then while we are in suspension we will have made a minimum of 25% profit on shares purchased yesterday.

What a good suspension.

The fintech company says it cannot publish its 2025 financial results by the Financial Conduct Authority's deadline on Thursday and requests for its shares to be suspended from trading from Friday. The firm says its auditor has requested more time to complete internal oversight and assurance processes.

Now is a great time to top up.

If people can afford to lose what they have invested(1st rule of investing) then investors should be comfortable sitting through a suspension.

After all if you can't get hold of it you can't spend it but it is still invested.

We have'nt seen our main investors panic selling in large batches and I believe they would of been in immediate contact with the company to clarify their position.

Surely if there was a possibility that the arbitration was due to have an adverse affect on the financials and therefore the share price they would of put the share into suspension.

Was also meant to be near term income but I am still happy.

Investors can guess the day of the most important RNS we are waiting for but at the end of the day it is still a guess.

There are still pieces required to finish the jigsaw.

For sure it is coming and patience will run thin with some.

The result on receiving the news is still only a step along the journey we have chosen to take and we'll worth the wait.

Today let's hope we can consolidate a position above 1p.

How do you know it is the final hurdle.

An RNS will be forthcoming when both sides are ready to sign,not on your opinion.

Everything needs to be in place prior to signings.

You don't sign only to find things are not in place.

The Tanzanian government won't sign unless HE1 has everything in place and vice versa for HE1.

Only when both parties agree everything is ready will they collectively sign.

As there was nothing in the media or on-line and no rumours circulating then a major RNS was extremely unlikely for this morning.

The Tanzanian government will want to shout the news from the roof tops and arrange a big event surrounding the news.

Not long to go but we are still a few pieces missing prior to receiving the ML.

Anyway here's to a positive day/week in a build up to the major news to come.
