Looking at our RNS history,2 months without any update at all seems very strange.

The post stating 3 months minimum between accepting ML and the issuance of document I would think would only come into affect if there alot of 'subject to' clauses.

If all clauses and rulings have been adhered to then I cannot see a problem with the ML being issued sooner or if all rulings completed then immediately after payments unless of course there are legalities to consider.

Anyway while the price is static it gives more opportunities to LTH's while the company builds on its assets by preparing for Colorado production end of May and ensuring everything is ready for acceptance of the ML.

In the meantime I am happy with the news that has been forthcoming.

I think you will find the income from the 6 wells in Colorado is to support the next 9+ wells in Colorado and not Tanzania.

Rome wasn't built in a day.
