Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I have just emailed investor relations to ask if they have a due date for the H1 report. See if I get a response.
I hope you're correct and its not a case of finding ways to disguise overspending.
Is it actually interims today or are you guessing? Have you called LSAI?
A friday RNS not picked up by the market gives the entire weekend to notice. A weekend break can cause a run on Monday who knows.
Wish they would hurry up about it. I feel like this half year report is the trigger for this share to begin rising on a regular basis.
I hope happyrob is right and that they are playing it cool. Many encouraging signs and one of them being that all the board have a stake in the company meaning they are all on board, all working in the same direction all motivated by the swell of their own pockets if they nail this enterprise. I just want to see numbers now and I will be a happy chap watching the share grow when net cash flow goes from red to black.
Still waiting for that 1st half report to land.
firepisces, hence my last sentence. We need to see those revenue figures and the shrinking net loss.
Numerous examples of successful companies have employed the approach of hiring in a skilled leadership team. Winning work then hiring in the broader employee base. I really hope LSAI nail it in the next few years. God speed to them. We just need that snippet of news of them heading towards break even and profit.
Could the buy be shares changing hands within a shareholders holdings. One investment banker at Barclays to another. Hence no share were bought or sold as such its just a handover?
I cant see L2 console as I am not a paying forum member. The last 2 trades on the normal console are two trades 950 shares at £28.22 each lol
Where? cant see it.
patience is a virtue. Sit back and hold on itll come good at some point later this year. Interim report soon.
Good post YH76 thanks for the simplified explanation. What your saying is spend £1.2m with LSAI then save (roughly) £8.8m as your ads will be targeted but the bit to add is any upturn in revenue after your targeted ads are implemented. This was explained by an article in the past few months where particular outlets have doubled in profit as people are clicking or using ad impressions when a facility or service is close and convenient.
My thoughts exactly. I wouldnt mind if the big holders are sat on an average of over say 70p collectively. I want my pockets lining as much as they want their original investment back.
Watching some of the recent chat about a buy out of LSAI on the cheap i.e. <£100m. For this to be a possibility the big holders in Barclays, Hargreaves, Conaccord and Herald would have to vote in favour of a buyout to get a majority favour vote? and for them to be in favour they would want to at least break even. Did these shareholders buy into proxama at £1.00+ prices hence further question are they massively in the red or have they averaged down?
If this is the case then a cheap buyout might not really be a possibility as the big holders will want their money back or a profit and will vote a buyout down until it suits the majority of holders. Does anybody know what the average price the big holders paid?
If thats somebody taking a punt good luck to them. £1.00 each and they have over 600k. Made for a pension with change.
I think cashking is correct. They're eating into their cash reserves whilst they are in a period of hard sell with most customers still in free trail periods hence their stock price has fell. We need to have faith that free trial customers will sign up for a paid service then the revenue will pick up within the next year.
Good news and the share price drops so low Im almost in the red. Absolute insanity, this happened to me with Fairfx last year.
I think you're right. A wobble has caused some sells probably on stop loss orders but triggered buys aswell. The number of trades wouldn't have happened 9 months ago. I bought a few more today and I think that's me done for building up a position. Just a long waiting game for me to see what happens.
