He mentioned they had two majors engaged in that venture. Might give us a clue who the majors are and possibly what kind of deal structure the commercial transaction will take.

Close above 4p would be very bullish from a TA perspective.

The close today, finishing blue, having dropped intraday, is extremely bullish.

Price action today has been very bullish. If we can end the day blue, even modestly so, that would bode extremely well for the next few days/weeks.

Having another tilt at 4p.....

OOL, going to take your post in good faith. As you will have seen, this board has been plagued by people with spurious questions and much repeated concerns over the last months.
However, i'll try and answer your questions and hope that they are not a thinly veiled attempt at creating more disruption.

1. I wouldnt describe it as a slam dunk. What has been given up are non core assets and equate to about 1% of the exploration area. I agree it seems strange to give them anything if their claims are spurious. However, i think we can assume that any deal put forward was worth the sacrifice so that we could move things forward with a major. Some faith required which isnt ideal, but lets be honest if all facts were know then the upside may not be as high.
2. Legal costs were said to be not a significant amount at the last shareholder update. Was a question posed by a shareholder and answers by NvS.
3. Could be at request from a potential JV partner. Would you want to partner with someone distracted by ongoing legals? But again we dont know for sure.
4. Cant answer this one.
5. Agree this doesnt look great with hindsight although expectation was a JV deal was imminent at the time. Does look a little opportunist.
6. We dont pay Rothschild until we do a deal. They are on a no win no fee kind of deal so no cost until the deal is done.

I'd live to focus on the exciting future of Arc I think we can all now look forward to without any future announcements from the company being poisoned by the negative bile that spills from their posts.

Ella will rubbish and talk down any positive speculation that isn't supported by cold, hard facts or details in RNS.
Flip that and Ella now pumps out negative speculation with every other breath and expects them to be given more credence than the positive equivalent even though its their 'gut' feeling.

I on the other hand think that a cost of circa 5% of current market cap to clear the path with one or multiple JV's in time for operational planning ahead of drilling season is probably worth more than an additional 5% bump in valuation.
And if you don't think that then you really are in the wrong place.

Apparently, that 4.3m intercept is enough to get the attention of multiple majors and even more idiots frequenting the bulletin board EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. to remind us its not worth talking about.
