Ah crap. Cfo news has now been gobbled up by the roche issue. We r back at over 3% drop and counting. If only shire had left the cfo news to tomorrow.

That saw -3.2% change to -1.5%. On a nasty day (thx to roche) its an okish drop. Things should stablize a bit from now on.

My memory isnt as it used to be. Can someone remind if this was the bad news market has been concerned about over the last few months pls? Thx.

Jolly good shout Scfc! Sp did drop around 2 and a bit % early morning. Thankfully recovering nicely now. I'm happy if it closes around 37 mark. Thats a decent rise from 35 mark over 2 days.

Shire opens site in middle East. Excellent move for a company that everyone here seems to think is made up of lies and will go bust imminently.

you are very negative for a holder. if you think this will not recover till feb then why are you still holding? sell and move on to better stocks, even if you make huge loss here, u can recover in other better companies in next 2 to 3 months. you can come back to shp and hold more shares and enjoy the rise of feb as you predict it. or you are another shorter just saying you hold shares here ..... I wonder

I disagree with @notgreedy. Nothing fundamental has changed. Just shorters closing . its solid company and will deliver on its estimates. Not every single institution can be wrong when they set lowest price target on shp at forty odd pounds. Just shorts strategy maturing. Nothing more.

i think u r right. I remember how it shot up around midday onlyvto crash a couple of hours later when USA opened.

Say your piece noor before shire posts results/market open tomorrow. Otherwise all you lot's credibility might be in jeopardy

Unless they announce huge drop in revenue and profits with inability to pay off debt in the foreseeable future i say all other risks are now priced in and we will see a rise tomorrow.

You must have similar insider information that other sellers have driving price down. Sadly i cant find anything negative in the media so must belive that it will shoot up tomorrow
