Interesting but got me wondering if the markets dont like special divis then why would companies bother doing them?
Also isnt it usually the case the market prices in the worst case scenario- so this price is what market thinks TW is worth with the special divi cut if thats what investors think is coming?
(Im not saying your wrong im just not sure what to think, first iv heard of potential divi cut so i hadnt considered that)

Hi Bamps21. Isnt the SP more likely to get back to 2pounds if divi is maintained? Surely if divi is cut SP would fall more?

Seems very underhanded. I looked for resolutions on lionsgold website, rns reach. Also read the rns on here from before suspended. How are you supposed to know they were on II?

Nope, its a mystery to anyone who wasnt there. Refers to all resolutions from 10th dec RNS, iv just read the whole thing again and no mention of any resolutions. Could they have forgotton to put them on, or does it mean there wasnt any?
