I know im sorry, was maybe a bit harsh there. Its not like he gets paid that much really to expect any drilling, i think he only gets 200k or 250k a year.
Perhaps a pay rise is in order first?

When he says update towards end of July on arbitration its the same as drilling to commence in H1
