Funnily enough I thought of you yesterday as I met another MSI shareholder and like all of us, he's mystified , yet happy.

I'd seriously recommend you come to the MSI AGM; its a reasonable price from London by train and you'll have the opportunity to hear from everyone on the Board; every time I go, I understand the company a little more and keep buying.

It appears that there are now natural buyers of the shares; arguably this is better than buybacks as it takes the company forward on a solid path.

I don't know yet took the opportunity to add today. Maybe people selling ahead of tax year end. In any event, happy to add at an attractive entry point and cum next month's dividend too!

Afternoon John,

I believe I have similar knowledge to you on MSI. It is worth coming to the AGM in Doncaster which is relatively inexpensive. I remain excited about the business and bought more shares this morning. I will be very surprised if the shares are not significantly higher at the end of June.

My gut feel is we are in pretty good shape. I think the Directors do care about the business and are doing everything they can to take things forward.

It is challenging waiting yet I sense the businesses are being well looked after. I'd be surprised if its taken over. More likely, they want the Company to continue to flourish. This is my take having attended AGMs for four or five years. We could be having the same discussion in three years time yet the price will be substantially greater.

Lord Lee is a very good investor and an ally of us all. I draw comfort that he's a shareholder here.

I sense that the Company will continue to plough its own furrow until there is some wider recognition of the strength of the business which is not yet reflected in the share price as traders continue to sell any uptick in the shares.

I agree. Very cheap yet it could be a long, long wait. I hold 20% AEP and 80% MPE. It may be illogical yet MPE continue to deliver. AEP is moderately encouraging yet I fear we could be having the same dialogue in 10 years time.

Thank you for your most useful observations over the last two years. I am happy to follow your advice and have bought a few more CNR and accepted the offer by MTL. Here's hoping we'll be sensibly rewarded. Feels like we're going in with a shrewd partner.

Yes. The challenge is that the existing marketmakers on LSE are unlikely to make markets on Athens so while our brokers can still trade, they'll be dependent on Athens for us to buy/sell our shares. A disappointing move by an otherwise great business.

Thank you. I agree its very sad that BOCH is planning to leave LSE particularly when LSE has done the business proud. I will vote against at the EGM on 13th September. Thank you for your great pair of videos.

I attended the AGM in Doncaster last week.

The Board were most engaging and I came away excited about the stewardship of the business and its potential over the next five years.

There were 8 to 10 shareholders at the meeting.

I agree with you. I bought more shares two months ago and then realised that I had the bonus shares from the 2020 issue with two brokers- as a consequence, I bought 1600 shares with each broker to round the holdings up.

I am very pleased with the continuing good performance and looking forward to attending the AGM tomorrow to hear about the company's progress with their current acquisition.

You'll be amused that I went to see REA last week and said that I kept up with the Palm Oil Price; they asked me where I saw it and I later remembered that I read it on your morning reports!

I agree with Taverham and you.

There may be reasons they don't want to make a lot of noise and perhaps we should respect that. Its only three weeks to the results and then the AGM in August. Nobody at the company has been anything other than helpful and responsive at the AGM.
