Then why is the sp languishing at a tenth of where is was not so long ago? Surely if there's any hope then it would be reflected in the sp???

Also having sat here through the bad times of OTC with Fulmar and a few others, i'm as keen as the next person to see my investment work for me. A lot has been achieved since Nick assumed the helm and that's why i see a transformation from where we are now within a year.

I think my timescale is extremely conservative as an awful lot will have happened within a year from now. Nick doesn't want to mess about here and is looking for short term shareholder/director value.

i find it weird why some of you guys are still quoting multiples fo todays sp. The phase III trials failed and there's nothing to suggest Japan will be any different. At best this is a long term punt but repeating Phase III is an expensive and risky ploy. At worst it's as dead as a dodo.

Agreed Rizq - I simply fail to believe that Mr Bailey would have accepted his options at 7p if he didn't think he was going to be paid.

As has already been said, the announcement today of a 50k option will be 250k within a year. that's where i've set my sights on

I'm interested in charts but in no way an expert. We do seem to have found resistance at a level similar to low low of 11th October. So i'm hoping we have seen the bottom again today. I'm just fascinated by what they might or might not tell and investor.

Having said all that, charts probably won't make a scrap of difference here as the key is good news and we'll move on. Without news we'll stagnate .

No problem in directors being rewarded as long as they provide us with shareholder value. Hopefully not too long to wait for that

I’m not sure if any penalty clause would be written into a JV contract, but Nick would still want to maximise shareholder value with any deal agreed. There’s no doubt the aerial survey will play a big part in ARCM’s future. Again he’s not going to just throw £100k at a roulette wheel without being pretty sure of a return for the investment. This isn’t just “let’s go flying at a cost of £100k”

I have always believed the endgame will be a buyout. I'm sure Nick won't let us go on the cheap but am still unsure just how much will need to be proved up before an official bid comes in. I don't think any of the big players will bid on speculation so we will need to have concrete facts announced for ur asset. That in turn should put a bigger price tag on us. The only sceptisism I have is that the market doesn't appear to have recognised our potential and hopeful BO price. I'll be keeping a close eye on price action.

Well if it was Fulmar, I reckon Nick didn't bargain on paying extra to carry geological surveying equipment. I guess no hold baggage but if the operators wanted to sit together then they'd have to have pre-booked their seats at an extra cost. Bring your own sandwiches and drinks as well!!

Yes Beginner. I’m no expert on the insider trading laws but no doubt Nick will have consulted the company lawyers before his purchase. I’m musing here but his purchase is conveniently just over a month before the AGM which leads me to think something significant could be announced just before it.

Well at least he’s buying more. The fact that he topped up at 3.5p and I and others topped up at around 4p will hopefully seem irrelevant in a few months!! He believes in the product and is putting his money in to prove it. That’s more than a lot of other aim directors do

Well one thing is for sure in my mind that the AGM has been delayed so that a JV partner/JORC can be presented. NvS won't want to see the sp still at these levels in a month

Going by the past reaction of the sp on good news, I’d be surprised if this RNS has any great effect. Now the announcement of a JV is a different ball game imo. It’s obviously in the pipeline and possibly not too far off

You know Cattleman I'm patient nowadays and especially with what we are invested here. So if we're not 10p+ in 6 months then I probably won't lose any sleep. I'd really be disappointed though if we're still hovering around the current levels next March

Well that's only 6 months away so quite happy to sit here until then with the thought of double figures in my mind.
