If the 25% rise holds after news then i'll be more excited. We've seen rises of this nature so many times before followed by a retrace on news. You can see i'm in the Christmas spirit!!

I have nowhere near some of the holdings being quoted but I have enough for me. If it all goes tits up, it'll hurt but not ruin my life.

Having said that I'm here for the take out - hopefully in 2020. I won't be retiring on the profit but i'll have a smile on my face!! Happy New Year all

ng- you also talk very well and make a lot fo sense. I'm happy with what i've got here for now. My major holding is elsewhere and I need to give that another year to see how things go. So medium term here I might be in a position to add substantially. I'f I've missed the bus, then so be it. Luck and timing needed!!

ng - I think that's the point in that a large holding to one person is not considered that to another. I really don't care what holdings others have. I have a large enough holding for my risk/means. Good luck to all however much you have invested in HZM

Very heavy buying pressure today. Not seen for a while. Couple that with Nickel doing nicely, things are looking positive.

Pretty happy we've bottomed out now. Book looks more positive and with the continued recovery in Copper price, I'm upbeat about 2020.

Nice to see the book going from a rather weak 3.2p/3.5p to a much stronger 3.4p/3.7p. With the continued turnaround in nickel price things looking much more encouraging now

Max, probably like most of us on here i'm disappointed at the latest price movement. However i'm not here for day to day movements, i'm here for the end game whenever that might come. Fulmar is about right in that this will probably come out of the blue. Arc will want the best possible price and any suitor will want to pay what they see as a good price for them. So it's too early now but if we keep proving up our assets then we will continue to add value to Arc. At some point we will become attractive to a major. So until that time i'll just sit and wait.

WFTT - looking at your posting history, you struggle to say anything positive about any stock. Your Wife/boyfriend/girlfriend must have the stanley knife at the ready to slit their wrists. Now toddle off.

I think you're exactly right re Kalaba oNCo. I think it's set up to produce 10k tonnes which is a nice little income and with grades over 1% from CE then anything above 1% is profit. Not astronomical but a nice little addition to the coffers. Copper price going the right way for now and what if they can up that 10k tonnes to say 20/30 then that's a good revenue. Every little help!

I’m assuming by the same token it wouldn’t be good to produce a MRE too soon. Wouldn’t want to under estimate our resource. I think he commented he’d be looking at producing something during the wet season (early part of next year) so does it follow he’ll be in a position by then to produce a stonking MRE?

So all in all. I feel that we are in the cusp of hitting it big in Africa. Results to date and hit rate on drills says so. That’s why I’m holding big and will continue to hold.

Solgold was struggling in 2015 publishing result after result that were great without the market paying much attention. About a year later majors were fighting for a piece 20x higher....
