Incase you hadn't listened to to Adam's video posted but Tricky, he states then the TEO will be ready by the beginning of December. Now I haven't seen or heard anything from him which suggests a change to this strategy. Maybe you're more in the know than the boss? Do tell you plonker

etank - would you be referring to past errors? If so, I'm hoping the new regime will put an end to the 'delays' ethos. Nobody likes delays, especially if there's no good reason. if AMC wants to be a serious player then they need to do things on time.

But then i'm in the buyout camp so have a different strategy to some.

I simply don't see there should be any grounds for the TEO submission to be delayed. They've known about it for a long long time. It really doesn't look good in my book if things are delayed. The market also doesn't like the "say one thing and do the other" mentality. I'm hoping Mr Habib will want this to be sorted on time unlike previous delays.

No need to throw your toys out of the cot Graham. I might not have an exact idea of the value of the company but i can make an educated guess based on what we know so far. My opinion is we're worth far more than 6p, but i respect your opinion that you value the company at 6p and would get out if we reach those levels.

My point Graham is you seem to be happy to accept a price which is nowhere near the true value.

Graham old chap, let's use an analogy.........

You own a house valued at £500k and put it up for sale. It takes so long to sell that I come along with an offer of £100k and you bite my hand off and take my low ball offer. You seem happy with that and i'm over the moon with my new asset i got at a massive discount.

Sounds familiar? Would you really be happy with that?

MadMat - I think that's why Adam specifically quoted debt instrument which avoids dilution. I agree he has always said he wants to minimise dilution so nice he'll hopefully keep to his word.

I'd like to think we'd be taken out before too much cash is spent on a BFS. Let's see is Norlisk show their hand

As a comparatively new investor to AMC, I invested in the hope of a buyout. KM is a big beast and will need a major with the financial clout to bring it to production. I'm betting pre BFS so sometime next year.

In these days of the internet, zoom calls, etc, I think it's significant they spent time in the Middle East. I've no doubt even if they didn't immediately secure finance, they would have wetted the appetites of those who they had contact with. Possibly they were putting another cog in the finance wheel in place? All will be revealed!!

Totally agree with your earlier post Wasa. i think I remember how old you are, well i'm 20 years older than you hence my reason for wanting to get out sooner rather than later. So personally i'm banking on this being double where we are now on finance, which will hopefully be by the end of the year.

Like all of us, we want to enjoy our 'winnings' and my time left is less than yours. I fully respect yours and others strategies, but i just have to take a shorter term view. ATB

Bad news? Nope can't see any

Ignore the spike last week which occurred on no news and we're back to where we were a couple of weeks ago and still well above where we were a month ago. Had there not been the spike then i'd wager we'd be quite happy where we are (1.75p versus 2p).

The management won't be immune to the fact many are not happy. Let's see what they do about it over the coming weeks. A company doesn't turn rotten overnight.

A comment regarding the men in charge. No one is perfect and indeed they have their own baggage. My own analogy is re another company i'm invented in, EML. Graham Clarke is now in charge there and he has the baggage of SXX to carry (he was former director there). So i'm confident there as despite his past issues, he has a world of knowledge re Potash and is the best man to have in charge. I'd use the same analogy for our current Bods in that they might not be perfect but they're probably right up there with who you'd want to have in charge. I'm certainly comfortable and look forward to more appointments as time goes on. Apologies for the OT.
