Nothing worth note of posting lately. just have to believe Nick is working behind the scenes and will produce the goods in time. In the meantime it's painful watching.

Chasbrown - hardly mate as if that's the case i'd have had a 100+ posts going unanswered and be pi**ed off with my 'double'!! Seriously though, I hate any form of blatant ramping/deramping and just enjoy some decent discussion be it negative or positive. JH and i might not see totally eye to eye but it's interesting finding out what he might see differently in a chart than i do . Nothing more than that. I'd hope we're both on the same page in that we want PANR to ultimately succeed and the sp to go northwards.

Urraca -I use charts as an investing aid and nothing more than that. They're not the be all and end all. Gut instinct plus pure basic research should never be discounted. Too many people on here want a cash reward tomorrow where as i look for the future potential. Of course if i get a quick return then great, but i;m always looking to the medium term.

JH - you have to draw a line under where you go back to, and as you said going back further in time is pointless. Hence 3 or so years ago is plenty to take any notice of. I'd just say again, any recognition of support/resistance has to be tempered with the state of the company at any one time. I trust you'll agree though that investors here have suffered enough?

JH - Yes I saw that but the last support level before the meteoric rise at that time was 20p. You could argue if you go back another couple of years then 6p is another support level, but hopefully you'll agree that's not really realistic. I think you have to balance where the company is today with what the chart might say. there's always different things you can read in a chart but at some stage you have to hang your hat on what you think it's telling you. Mind you i've been wrong many times before so who knows where it'll go. Hopefully though you'd like to see a recovery as much as i and my fellow investors would?

JH - I'd like to see your chart as well where you quote 15p as a retrace. i had 20p as a possible bottom which is why i bought at that level today. Ok it's gone to 19p, no one is perfect! But i just can't see 15p. maybe you can prove me wrong with your charts as i do enjoy trying to interpret them.

All this talk of shorting is rubbish in my book. If there's a few pi's shorting then so be it. There's only one short interest on 'short tracker' who has been here for quite a while. To look at it another way, there's been twice as many guys 'going long' (buying) as there has been sellers yet we fall 10%. So in my book unless there is a significant shorter then small positions makes no difference. The thing here as i have said before is sentiment. If sentiment changes (through a decent RNS) then the sp will reverse

Yes agree MrPositive but the $850k is not going to happen until the wells are producing again. So that 3.5 months will not start probably for another few months. However as long as the wells are corrected then probably no need for another fund raising exercise in the near term. Just trying to be realistic. The market is very rarely wrong, and whilst the current sp might be low, that's how the market views things today. If the wells can be corrected then all is back on track and i expect the market to react accordingly.

I've taken some this morning but don't agree the trains leaving soon as you put it. Wells 1 and 5 need to be corrected which won't happen in the next few days. It's going to take another couple of months at least going by the podcast. Prospects good long term but in the short term i'm not anticipating seeing a massive upturn. I;ll add as and when

Sentiment here is the key in my opinion as with most other aim stocks. Good company but out of favour since the last rns. Good news will change sentiment in an instant

Gents - I'm not a holder here and believe me you have my sympathies. I'm suffering the same with AST. I'm looking to take a position here as I believe fundamentally the company is good and the drop has been overdone. However I was concerned by the recent RNS and the 'water' problem. The company obviously has cash in hand to deal with the issue but i wondered what your thoughts are on the chances of success of putting things right on wells 1 and 5? Just tell me to bu**er off if you want but i'm in no way intending to either ramp or deramp. Just genuinely looking for opinions. Thanks.

Then i simply repeat my comment before - if someone knows something and buys/sells on the back of it then it's inside information and they're liable to prosecution.
