Yes itsall, it's great that CR has bought into Faron,although if the SP goes to €2,she could completely derisk and have a free ride.Unlike alot of us LTHs.

Hi Howard,I believe that for every 7 shares you hold in Faron,you will be given the option to purchase 3 at 85p.Barclays should inform of how to action this through a corporate action.

I did buy a load more last week,at least I can.average down a bit.

Indeed lostinspace69,once the company has the required funds to expedite the Bexmab pipeline it will be in a much stronger negotiating position in regards to BP.The next 6 months are going to be very interesting ,as long as they can raise the required funds. ATB

Hi Itsall ,I thought that Christine Roth had no financial interest in Faron,I thought she was an non executive member of the board.it gives more confidence that she has invested.

Covgas has called this right all along,he stated the next raise would be 85p,Anyway he's been spot on.Anyway the company is at the mercy of the financial markets ATM.The main thing is that Faron raise the funds hopefully short term pain for long term gain.

I hoped that there might have been a rights issue to raise the required funds that would have been better for us LTH.Anyway it's short term pain for hopefully long term gain.I would think that there might be an update soon concerning the fund raise,as its not long to June the 11th

Its been a bit of a roller coaster ride lately.Hooefully the financing will be sorted soon,and we can look forward to more positive updates over the coming months.with the SP moving up.Maybe there will be a rights issue.
