LSE removed it. I think its disgusting to be honest as investors who watch the webinar from last night are buying blindly without knowing there is a legal claim dated 5th April and the company have yet to disclose it.

I had high hopes for AEG but once the company does acknowledge this - you will see a mass rush to the door - clearly letting those in the know exit quietly.

The implications here are huge. AEG is a tiny company with limited resources. The open letter states clearly that they have acted fraudulently and the Grand Chief who is a VERY wealthy businessman is not going to stand for it. AEG will have to either spend time and resources fighting this or paying out millions in compensation and damages. Think about it RMDE was formed to take full advantage of the licence and exploit it in Canada. The entire cost of the business are reasonably flowing from this.

Also given the proximity of the partners a court all argue that these losses are reasonable. The letter was sent on the 5th April - why has AEG not announced to the market that they have received a letter ??????

This is material news and only the quick to react have sold this morning. Wait till the company does confirm that they have a claim for $millions of dollars from a MULTI millionaire investor.

I feel sorry for those buying in this morning off the back of the webinar - as they will be 50% down in a heartbeat once the RNS comes out later today.

I have called the nomad and asked the company to respond. Looks like the stock is getting sold off now so people need to do they own research as to the implications.

This is a HUGE confidence boost in terms of validation in terms of the technology and to have a major utility show confidence in an AIM company is huge.

This is clearly just the beginning there is no reason why more significant orders wont follow.

I have bought some more today on the retrace which is not unexpected after such an aggressive rise.

This has been pegged as one of 2020's stars. I for one think we will have a good Christmas once Tern provide updates on any of the investees.
