excuse me - i am entitled to my view which is that this stock is now a material risk. Until yesterday the company was winning the battled. Now that has been changed. The scheme will not be approved - creditors will have to be advised in writing and will have to be consulted.

They will want more money, for sure as AMGO proposals benefit shareholders.

Also FCA will propose that the company asked shareholders for funds - they have said that in the letter -think about it. This is a public company so they have access to raising money from You! No skin of their nose is it. That will be done via a placing to and at a discount i would say wouldn't you.

the vote does not matter now - its already got a majority approval - the FCA are saying that the deal favour the company and is a deal that has been presented by the company without proper consultation. this means its going to court where the court will be obliged to listen to the FCA over the desires of a company.

Last days for the vote now. Take a step back - objectively the market is telling you the outcome. This business will be back to lending in the next month and is currently priced as if its was dead. Institutional buyers and banks are buying up stakes - the market is telling you.
Watch this go up and up in the days after the result of the meeting. Short term we will see £1. Which can be achieved by a few big % lifts -
50%, followed by 2 days at 20% etc.

So fill your boots and vote for turnaround gary -the man came out of retirement to sort this out. court approve the scheme an so will borrowers.

Guys - i wrote to the PR firm and asked for an update. Suggest all of you drop them a note and give the nomad a call also. As more people call they will be obliged to update the market on developments in India.
