Also we will learn what payment was received this month from the DHSC.
There was a link last month - for payments made over £25k - can someone post the link - it was payments for April, so we should soon see payments for May.

What happens when our test gets approval in the US - might be fast tracked now due to the Innova scandal. We do not know what has gone on behind closed doors. G7 last week - we already have the health secretary on our side - the man with the cheque book!

definitely Simon - everything will land - its all a matter of patience. That is where the real gains are made on AIM - once the news flow starts - and lets be honest it has to come very soon given the mounting pressure, this does not stop. So its a case of people being locked out when it does go.

I cant imagine coming so far only to quit at the last moment but thats just me and my logic. For me the communication recently from ODX has been very clear and reassuring to the nervous. They are in regular dialogue and DHSC is committed to developing a home grown diagnostic industry.

Think logically - innova served an immediate purpose - that has been met now and importantly they are now to be viewed with extreme caution. This has come at the exact right time!

Odx will expand production also you will see. So it’s a hold and buy down here and if you can’t wait well then wait until the next 20% day surely. News can come any day. Its good to see price holding and being supported. As I had stated last week given all the moaning that anyone who was fed up should sell in the high 70s which given the volume of trading i can assume that all we have left is the Pros ( ie the ones who live on here and tell you to sell) and those who are well researched and know that all good things come to those who wait.

For me I cannot understand why anyone would trow in the towel when ( yes its taken ages) but things are so so close now.

Recent developments will dicate that the DHSC take action.

I took £30k today - that will be by final top up here as I now have plenty of these golden tickets.

Quite sad when you think the weather is lovely and they spend all day bashing it. But hey they all disappeared when it was going up last week. The company issued a statement today no doubt in response to nervous PIs and it was very clearly worded. The clues are there and from out of know where there will be news on partnerships and sales - they are telling you as much as the nomad will allow but expect it to be close and just the start.

Yes - there have been delays no one can deny that but the behaviour on this board is disgusting by the usual suspects.

Report and buy the lows - they will be - its why they are here to get them off you before the next leg up but its risky as news is very very close now.

The stink from Innova will have caused a degree of urgency - yes they have surplus stock no doubt but thing further ahead. They probably won't even pay Innova. you watch and see.

Expecting us to break ATH this week as new flow comes out - certainly looking a lot better for all who were doubting themselves. Think about it any news and this gaps up 50% on open and you are already over 100p so easy done.
Order of service - more damning comments on innova surface, gov defend in public their selection process, in private, they exert pressure on to the selection of UK test, UK test is announced, ODX are given their full order, DHSC refuses to pay Innova - they award more contracts to ODX - share price moves over £3

To the unititiated - some of those who holiday in the costa del cr-a-p you know the type the Benidorm brigade who spout negativity on a positive day - all designed to dampen spirits
Incredibly pleased with price at present - means that many have been able to leave and get back to their lives which is what so many have wanted.
As i have detailed previously there are many first timers in this stock - hopefully they have been able to leave flat and go back to their lives without having to fret about things they do not want to .

As i have also stated i expect as we move into this afternoon price to rise again.

It should also be notes that price came down around the time of avct news today - again this is people in profit on odx moving into another stock to make some more lolly - all normal stuff.
Once they see that avct aint going up any more they will take their profit and move it back to odx late this afternoon

All clear as day when you are enlightened but those who know this game conceal this - after all knowledge is power and this game is all about the knowledge.

Anyway people - pleased with today so far and pleased that ( i hope at least) many who wanted to leave have been afforded the opportunity - one would assume that many have an average in the 60s or mid 70s so they have been set free.

I expect we will hear from Omega over the weekend and even the government now and look forward to seeing this stock blossom into one of the leading Uk diagnostic manufacturers.

* i also agree - in an effort to drown out the noise, lets not engage with the tramps and keep reporting them for the market abusers that they are.

So here is how things play out in my view
Innova - served a purpose when Uk supply was not able to meet the need of operation moonshot.
the noise from the FDA will spread - it will be incredibly difficult for Innova to be extended beyond 22 June - if it is i suspect it will be again just a temporary extension

However FDA rejection is powerful and further highlights the case for the UKRTC and to be fair its why they have taken their time so that they GET IT RIGHT

The process is rigorous but as the people i speak to at the UKRTC confirm - it is FIRM but FAIR so once we the test is approved - thats it - we can be safe in the knowledge that the UK gov will stick to it.

I am told that the the gov very much want a UK test

More importantly I see circumstances that mean we will actually get orders in excess of £374M why not? Once the £15M a month purchase orders a month roll in ODX have the CASH to expand pronto

This company can turnover £1BN in the next year - why not.

Did the trolls say 30p - ahhhhh bless them.

Finally word - please please please nervous - fed up holders - sell today at a small loss or break even - really consider it - its your chance.
