SAMR published a list of products that cleared Technical Review on 16th December. It included 2 BH FF products:

1) FF

2) FF + Red Yeast Rice

This meant they moved to Onsite Verification as the next step. That finished on 24th Jan when the status changed on the portal. They are now in Administrative Review and Certificate issuance.

Then around 5th Feb there was another batch that cleared Technical Review, including BH Products

1) Sleep aid / rhythm

2) Blood sugar regulation

We can't see that the second batch definitely contain Fruitflow. However, we are expecting these products because they perfectly align to the patents that they registered and that are based on use of FF.

If the products cleared Technical Review, it means that FF is approved. The Technical Review and health claim go hand-in-hand.

The final administrative review is a time-boxed period.
