Is it possible to transfer shares from a s&s isa into a normal account then sell to offset tax for future?

It's not quite 12 quid...

Just wondered tbh

When I sell my shares I have to pay a fee to sell... If they are sold for me due to SXX being taken over do I still pay the fee?

Can loses from an s&s isa be offset for tax?

the thing that really bothered me is that people obviously knew about this yesterday, and got in for a nice easy profit.

Really annoyed.

I'd rather see this fail now.
