Hi Fruit, I don’t think NM gave us any clues to the placing and most were taken by surprise by it.

NM was giving the impression that no share placing would be done as the share price was too low. Plus when the Franco deal was released I didn’t think share placing would follow.

Annoying but at least Solg is now fully funded for the next 12-18 months.

The placing RNS came out at 6.20pm so still plenty of time yet, tick tock.......

They bet get a move on with announcing this new 5mill investor, otherwise it’s going to be cheaper for them to buy on the open market soon.

I read that they have 1.4 billion in bank plus the 1 billion raised yesterday.

No director buys allowed until the price sensitive activities are finished.

Well done Red, did it offset the 100k you sold in solg yesterday.

Some one is loading up but are the directors allowed to buy if they are in middle of sorting out a finance package. As BNC said we will be last to know....
