Well I understand exactly where you are coming from, and yes, I see the positive side of things. But, have you ever come across this scheme before? Well there are many schemes similar to this, and called different things. I still stand by what I said. The share price is calculated by using the Mcap and the number if shares in circulation (irrespective of what they are used for) I'm not saying Ts a bad thing at all, great for the employees. In fact after watching the programme on the NHS last night showing losses by theft, of over £230M, I made a suggestion. Create a group of NHS detectives, and pay them 10% of what they find. Insentives, then everyone's a winner

More shares divided into the Mcap, will reduce their value

To be honest, the share issue is not just for employees They are requesting to put then on the open market irrespective of whether they intend to use some as an insentive

Just went onto COMS board to check out DB and how he operates, because there has been a share issue there Not a friendly bunch are they, mention dilution and they throw their toys out I could quite easily see a 2.2% drop there today, even if the shares aren't issued yet Still, defence of their holding I suppose isn't a bad thing....until it gets abusive

Being a Shell, there is no telling. Until a deal is done, they don't have anything. DB helped this company out of a hole, and the SP rose 700%, but nothing has been declared yet, and I, like you, am sitting in the fence having sold my original holding here, am waiting to hear what they intend doing. Todate, nobody knows.

If that's true about buying shares when he was only eleven, shouldn't he be reported...??? It's against the law to buy shares at that age....... I wonder if there is any eleven year olds out there watching VMP ???? If there is, they may be very rich by the time they get married..... Unless of course they already are....lolol

That's quite a simple question to answer VMP in suspension was easy meat. Also they were an existing company within AIM as well, a lot if the issues had already been sorted I think the costs would have been more to start from scratch, but knowing that he (DB) would automatically make the SP rise considerably it was a no brainer. The one thing still missing is a deal, and that could take some time yet, but if course, that's not a problem for them, provided of course that they are successful in the future.

True, but I have learnt not to expect things to happen as quickly as I would like, I therefore (now) am a bit of a realist. So in terms of time scales I would not expect anything soon.

I don't like the figs stated by LSE so I usually do dummy trades to see what the actuals are....

Waiting for deal news before I jump in again mate. As you know. But I'm keeping my eyes open as well for any strange trading patterns which does happen now and then on AIM shares. I thought it looked like it could be here early this morning, but no, just the usual. You know I will be keeping my eye in, just to keep my finger on the pulse so to speak.

You are right there mate. The way I look at it, if you have done your research on a company, and you like what you see, you invest, then you have to be prepared to wait. The only option to that is, become a trader. I've not got the time to be a trader, you have to have your finger on the button all the time, and that's not me. Although you can bet your bottom dollar a lot jumped in here a few weeks back. As you say, things will be quiet here until news, sit back and enjoy the sunshine whilst we have it...
