Well I did say April but that was before the delay, so once we know when things are underway I will re-evaluate the situation. Not quite sure why the cold commissioning can't take place, even if some electronic equipment is late arriving. Perhaps we will get an update on these issues soon. Hmmmm well he's hoping then !!!!
