This may be of interest to you m8 Old Mutual said it would offer shares in the Quilter asset management business at a price range of 125p and 155p each, as part of its planned de-merger deal. The expected offering size of up to around 165m ordinary shares, together with an over-allotment option of up to 10% of the total number of ordinary shares, would represent 9.5% of Quilter at the time of admission, the company said. The final offer price was expected to be determined on or about 25 June. Rothschild was acting as independent financial adviser to Old Mutual on the de-merger deal.
