Med to long term I think so. Good hedge v inflation given the money printing and zero interest rates. And HGM pays a dividend too.

Maybe takeover target. Maybe director purchases. However the CEO holds fewer than anyone it seems.

Good luck to all. Last year I think the losses were 7p/share as they spent a lot with Google. Cutting this spend will help improve results in the short term, but maybe not in the long term since otherwise it is not on first page.

Can someone indicate if there is an investment case here to buy at the low price? Otherwise with directors not buying and a price slipping down it could become a -10 to -100 bagger?

It may benefit from paying less for Google Ads at the moment given the cut-back in marketing budgets elsewhere. There is a need for an investment case here. Would be good to see a one page plan posted on the company website to make good a loss of 4.9p per share last year. Need to see some trading improvement for me to take my cash from under my mattress.

Added that net assets at end Dec were £70m v market cap today of £44m, and the annual report refers to a new strategy around OEMs and route to market, which should help drive top line revenue.

Thanks for that. If the Hook has been doing relatively well I do wonder why it chose to sell itself for such a low price. Obviously great for BBSN.

Great that the directors have bought some, although not so many, this when the sp is at an all time low. And it may head lower from here given the reported losses.

Many companies are saying something similar ie looking to have finance incase. Always Best to have access to it even if you don’t really need it.
