It is possible that Sister Holding SAS are out. There has been the opportunity to accelerate since the date reached of the TR1.
Since 12th November there has been approx 19 million volume.
If they did accelerate pushing the SP down to 2.25 then the recent rise maybe down to reduced pressure on the bid.
Only time will tell.

This TR1 is up to 12 November still shown as holding 2.44% at that time.

I do not understand corporate law but the deed/Charge is between:

Registration of Charge 19/11/19
Certificate of the charge registration of a charge.
ATOG MIDCO Limited and MEDCO ENERGI GLOBAL PTE LTD
Background.
Under the deed the assignor provides security to the assignee for the obligations of the purchaser under SPA

SPA (Share purchase and sale agreement dated 23 April 19 in relation to the sale of 100% of the share capital of Medco Tunisian Petroleum LTD between purchaser and the charge.

Anyone who understands and can put in layman terms would be appreciated.

Not sure this effects us directly but there is always a bigger picture.
