Ministry has elected to move forward with a consultative session in early March.

This is a very important step forward. Naheed has RNS this meeting before it has happened and not post meeting which has been the case in the past.

The bottom line here is the seller could have sold on open market but Naheed saw an opportunity for very well priced shares and provided Directors buy at the same time which many have been asking for so a win win.
What is very noticeable is Naheed has 3% now a significant shareholder she can’t sell any without notifying the market. I believe this was intentional to show commitment.

Great confidence shown. It is not a significant shareholder (over 3%) who has sold their share to Naheed as the oracle website has been updated On 22nd with the latest transaction now showing Naheed and all existing significant shareholders remain the same.

Large Identical trades close together are typically rollovers. No impact on SP either way.

Unless an RNS tomorrow I would suggest a rollover.
