Exactly right wait for placing price even if its 1p you wont have to pay more than .1.1p but it usually goes lower so an easy decision to wait for top.

Surely this leak will put the lenders in a stronger position whilst originally it may have been a 1p placing now they will demand lower. We need to pull out of placing.
