Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I agree. Not sure why some posters can’t make it clear what they are suggesting continuing with their negativity.
A Bed & ISA is a positive, it indicates that person is holding onto their shares.

I received a response in quick time from ORCP PR in relation to the Significant holders page on their website.
The updated date has been changed to today’s date and all significant investors remain invested with no change.
A positive in dark times.
GLA
I have been invested in ORCP for about 4 years. I have been buying throughout that time and have £65k here. Currently worth about £4K.
The placing will go ahead. Naheed will already have the support of significant holders to ensure the placing goes ahead.
I have been investing for about 15 years ORCP remains a company with massive potential but I need Naheed why she didn’t go down the standard route if consolidation then a placing. Usually end up a paper loss of 20%
I hope she has news ready to release once placing confirmed but with the addition of warrants my investment is years away from reaching a profit.
I remain invested as I will never sell at such a loss and I believe the GH will happen. I will continue to monitor and wait for Naheed to appear and explain.
I have requested ORCP update significant shareholders page on website as that is the only positive here at the moment.
GLA
GH it my understanding again I am no expert that once you exceed the first 3% then it goes to 5-10-15% etc before notification required.
Happy to be corrected I was only looking at the timing of the trade in relation to the long awaited update on the significant holders page on our website and the fact no TR/1 can only mean two things as discussed.
I agree the Sheikh doesn’t need the money and no evidence so still going for overhang of placing shares rather than a new or existing buyer.
GLA
Hello GH I understand but that is only half of the placing shares. The profit was made on the other half IMO when forward selling from 0.17
Agree there needs to be a TR/1 if new buy entity and if existing significant breach 5-10-15%
Although no immediate TR/1 are you expecting one if no then is there another option for the large trade?
GLA
It is very unlikely. If anything I would expect him to buy.
It’s only a scenario I just don’t like the timing of the updated significant holders page. It maybe simply admin for the AGM in 10 minutes time.
I know everyone saying a buy and I want it to be a buy but in reality and watching SP my view is it is an accumulated sell related to placing.
That is a POSITIVE
GLA
If this large trade was a buy by a new or existing significant shareholder we will see a TR1
If this is related to the recent placing and an accumulation of sells so far then no TR1 ( This is positive as placing shares may have now finished)
The Sheikh may have sold this amount and remained above 10% so again no TR1 HOWEVER the significant shareholders page on website will have to reflect this. What is a coincidence is the shareholder page hadn’t been updated since 7th March despite my request via a question during last Q&A. The day before this trade announced this page was updated with no change?
The timing may just be a coincidence in the Sheikh is our greatest supporter so unlikely he would have sold.
I am a private investor with 19 million shares averaging 0.34 so not looking pretty at the moment.
This year we should see some more positive news I still have faith and my money supporting Naheed and ORCP.
GLA
The recent SP action was pointing towards a fund raise. I emailed ORCP and asked the question at the meeting and got the generic response.
The interesting thing is the low amount. I agree this does feel like a raise to tie us over till some very positive news in a short timeframe.
Also it discards the nonsense of any significant holders selling in fact they have increased participating in the placing that is very significant.
Have to sit and wait, some have been forward sold IMO
Good news inbound.
