Executive director Geoffrey Baker holds about 2.56 million shares (1.99%).

April 2026 BSFA announced that John Story had acquired a significant stake through a placing and was expected to become the largest individual shareholder.

Given yesterday's placing, the share register will have changed again. I'd expect the upcoming circular or GM documents to provide a more up-to-date picture of any holders crossing the 3% disclosure threshold.

It will be interesting to see who took the latest 25 million shares. If one or two sizeable investors took a large chunk and intend to hold through the auction, that's a very different dynamic from a placing spread across short-term traders. The next TR-1 notifications over the coming days may tell us a lot.

So those are major shareholders not nominees, that list has approximately 10 holders average holdings around 5 to 10 million shares.

Look at the positives, 7 days to auction and they have cash to enhance the product, those that are gleefully calling out the negatives are not investors ,. They can be totally ignored and filtered.

Offer the World something unique, environmentally friendly, sustainable, I think we have have a company who have some clever people with smart ideas at the helm,...what a refreshing change from the usual b.s. investors are regularly served up.

The estimate of €300,000 has been upgraded to €500,000, what is also interesting is the company releasing a statement that they are in negotiations with several tier 1 companies across , fashion, automotive and sports.

The automotive sector would be more exciting if LGL is looking to scale up it's production , all speculation at this stage but the potential game changer happens if the bag sells well in excess of the estimates , that would cause exclusive rights contracts bidding .

Correct Main market it is , gge point I was trying to make is BSFA trades much more like a microcap AIM stock than a typical Main Market company. The listing venue matters less than the actual shareholder structure and daily liquidity.

Of those last 4 unknown trades , the last one pushes the price up again, aggressive buying on opening bell tomorrow and we will be seeing higher bidding.

A practical AIM rule of thumb, for many microcaps:

Directors/strategic holders: 40–70%

Long-term retail holders: 20–40%

Active trading stock: often only 10–20% of issued capital.

If that buyer is looking for the levels we saw being late traded and the mm's have limited inventory they will widen spread and other games to prise shares from weak hands.

HODL and remember 10 days to auction is a long time for this stock to move up and even at that stage the herd will only just become aware before we see a new price discovery on any positive announcements.

The active trading stock can be surprisingly small.
