Hi Scored, I have held CNA before , around the .90p level and they were a steady grower with a nice dividend. Recently they have started to gain momentum so I am hoping to hold them long term.

Energy shares seem to be the place to be. I have them in Centrica, BP, JSE and Seplat doing O.k and PHE finally woke up today.

I sold all my shares on this one weeks ago. Waited for the drop and just bought in because I still believe it will return a decent profit. Needs some positive news on the business dealing side IMHO, the GM deal helped a bit but the name change announcement hardly caused excitement , maybe needs a big deal to put in on the radar.

Hi Pidster, agree with you on selling. I double check price before I sell, freetrade was worse because of the lag. I have lost a few hundred using that app. Still learning from my mistakes!

Good morning all,..I am relatively new to trading and just curious as to how many people use mobile apps. I tried Freetrade for a while and found it very laggy upgraded to IG which I think is far better. I won't bore people with the pros and cons but I was intrigued by the "Tipranks" tab and just checked WANdisco stats. The company has a score of 8 out of 10 which is considered as an "Outperform" score. I also noticed insider transactions have bought shares worth 632.6k over the last 3 months. Anyway I am hopeful that this company wirh its rebranding will continue to benefit everyone who has invested,.. GLA

If your staying away from WANdisco please do us a favour and stay off this bb as well.

I'm getting a symbol of a telephone and message stating this market unavailable to trade online? I am using IG app on mobile.

I used Freetrade,..too laggy and not enough options. Even upgrading made little difference to the amount of stocks. I switched to IG which is far superior IMHO,.. it's not free but you get the price quoted for the shares you purchase,.. where as the excuses I got from Freetrade varied from clear cache to upgrade app. Made no difference and I actually lost several hundred quid because of the awful lag. Remember if it's free it is not going to be the best mobile app for trading.
