I am beginning to wonder if the real reason AJ Bell and other brokers are steering clear of this share is because of the very nature of it's alignment to M.o.D and the secrecy shrouded around it's business .

They like fluidity, volatility and all this does is stagnate, not much profit in it for them to be bothered to tie up stock for weeks and weeks on end.

He knows nothing about investing, take yesterday , He was nowhere to be seen on this board until the excitement around McCartneys photo outside No10 .

He then went about his usual routine of discrediting and causing disruption, baiting people with trivia .

Yet folk still respond to him using his negative header, you couldn't make it up, he's taking the micky, best filter him.

Otcmarket is a waste of time. CapAI, Defence Holdings recently listed there , no interest , it's a cheap listing nobody uses. Nasdaq is where you need to get exposure but that will cost money.

Just saying as I see it, too much fantasy on these boards , we all want ALRT to do well and we are at times very frustrated, but if you think your going to be a millionaire five minutes after investing, your in the wrong game.

People need to be honest about the timescales on this stock. It's good to debate concerns that day traders will suppress any rallies on positive news. We see that on alot of stocks, also the "sell on news" strategy is even more evident in these times.

One or two extremely important events could change the fortunes for ALRT , a large contract deal awarded by the M.o.D, followed up by more defence contracts within our NATO partners. Any news that announces any transformational development would be the catalyst for a surge in the S.P.

However the problem here is the misunderstanding of previous commentary from Mr McCartney, he has been very economical in his choice of wording so as not to dampen enthusiasm for his excitement in describing Q1 as a very busy period for Defence Holdings.

He did not mislead anyone but he most certainly allowed people's imaginations to build up the idea that the busy period would lead to contracts,revenue and demand for shares which in turn would see a revisit to 4.5p levels.

That has now become less likely if any news drops before the end of next week as we all know how volatile these markets have become in recent weeks due to Trumps actions.

The one honest statement that investors would be best guided by is "We have a five year plan", this messaging was made clear between Nov/Dec 2024 when they talked about scaling partnerships (e.g. hyperscalers) and positioning themselves in long-cycle government/defence

contracts.

The reality is defence contracts still take 6-18 months to formalise, but investors have created the expectation gap which is wider than many realise.

That is sensible , I am here doing exactly that , my previous "hopeful" investments had the hallmarks of what I see here, they are now either delisted companies or the S.P. has hit the floor with no volume or investor interest.

As for the Extinquisher, calling me a failed investor, I beg to differ, I don't think spotting early signs of investor fatique and getting out pretty much unscathed with small losses is failing.

In this game you only need to make £100 a day , it soon compounds , that's better than sitting in a hole nursing a 15k lose.

Well said , the problem is the blurring of lines , I get called out as a deramper by those that are in for a punt for 5 minutes when I have an honest opinion, it just doesn't suit their agenda. It works the other way when you do research and show enthusiasm, your then called a ramper, ofc there is no accountability for the people that really control the markets and the CEO's and members of boards that screw up everything ,...We are mere pawns in the CEOs’ and market makers’ pernicious schemes, manipulated for their own gain.
