Hi,Just wondering has anyone organised the following? taken from the RNS info.“The following information is based upon the laws and practice currently in force in the UK and may not apply to persons who do not hold Ordinary Shares as investments. The Company has recently received advanced assurance from HMRC that the Ordinary Shares in the Company represent a qualifying investment for a VCT and are capable of qualifying for EIS tax reliefs. Accordingly, the New Ordinary Shares will rank as "eligible shares" and will be capable of being a "qualifying holding" for the purposes of investment by VCTs and that the Company can, subject to the Company's submission of the EIS1 form in due course and the relevant investor's own circumstances, issue EIS 3 "compliance certificates" for the purposes of EIS.Shareholders and investors who are in any doubt as to their tax position or who are subject to tax in jurisdictions other than the UK are strongly advised to consult their own independent financial adviser immediately.”You. can claim 30% tax relief against tax earnings this year or last and also there is loss relief available for your tax return. Question is how we get the EIS3 certificate if brought via HL or platform rather than a structured VCT air EIS package and if possible ? Anyone know?
I will be lighting my candle later. I was travelling and stayjng just down the road from Capitol Hill. I had visited the FBI ahead quarters the day before and was going to the 10:00am Pentagon tour and 3pm tour at the White House at 3pm. I thank fully got very distracted at watching the news and we decided to miss the Pentagon tour.
I’m really disappointed that GDR was one of my three biggest holdings and believed the RNS info and hype. A massive lesson on keeping to portfolio percentages - no matter how you feel about a share. I hope to not make the same mistake again, but now I have to consider reducing my other two significant holdings so that it can’t happen again, but it would be “Sod’s law” to come out of SNG and ARB at the wrong time. I will not be buying any more GDR shares, but will hold in the hope that at least one of the products will be a success!
I would love a new kitchen and to renovate my home without adding to my mortgage. If this hits £20 a share it will be the dream come true. £10 a share will just require some cut backs :) I also would
Like to show my husband that I can make good decisions - just ignore GDR and ARB in our share account ….
Hi Matterhorn,
Thank you for your posts. I rarely post, but I wondered if you could help me. When I am looking at the trial info - tweeted earlier by gggg, it says that the overall trials end Dec 2023. If this is the case then it would make sense for the job advertisement as that is still sometime away. I feel silly for even asking if it’s Dec 2023 or Dec 2022, but I thought maybe this could be the reason.

Strange - was not expecting that. Are they out of stock ? Anyone else got the same problem? I needed some more.

Flowerpot :)
Feeling nervous/excited now! It was hard not to sell a few in case, and also not to buy more in case, but the research supports “hold” for me.
I created a watchlist on LSE and it shows your holdings all at once. I did this only last week and it’s much better than trying to look at each one separately :) you can check throughout day on just one page... RNS come in normally from 7:05-7:08
