Janoz316, Zak isn’t an oracle he just refers to share charts. The 0.14p is if the SP falls below support of 0.18p. What he may not be aware of (or overlooked) is the 200m warrants that can be exercised now at 0.15p and if exercised in full will bring in another £1m of cash into the company’s coffers. I do hope the forward selling of the warrant shares is what has caused the pull back of the SP in the last couple of trading sessions and that as soon as that is completed it is onwards and upwards. Then let us Hope Zak is right about 0.4p by the end of next month, which given the current low MCap, should be within the realms of possibility.

On Tuesday evening I posted that I thought the big rise in the SP on Tuesday was excessive and based solely on Dr Cooley being appointed to the board as a NED. We already knew he had accumulated a 12% shareholding. Having got some knock back from other posters I have spent the time subsequent doing a lot of research (something that would have served me well had I done that in the first place!). I now realise this has enormous potential now the litigation is settled, funding is in place and patent news etc is imminent. Zak’s prediction of 0.4p by the end of next month (more than double where we are now) might sound outlandish but when put in context to where we were in early 2024 it might actually be a very cautious prediction. Yes, a high risk stock but the potential upside is immense compared to the downside risk IMO. There really is no substitute for DYOR.

After the placing I don’t think the SP went above 1.35p and given the volume of placing shares I do wonder if the majority of them are still held. We are more than 25% below the placing price of 1.25p and any positive news should give a large upward bounce IMO. Just need some communication from the company now. Silence will depress the SP even further

This share has super bounced today merely on the back of Dr Cooley joining the board as a non- executive director. There has been no trading update, no new contract news or anything else financial. However, after the placing the shares were suspended for a time so that those holding the placing shares had little opportunity to offload them at a profit. Tomorrow they can sell off the shares and double their money. Be very careful buying at this SP level as you could get burnt. IMO and DYOR

The MCap might not be so heavily depressed following this morning’s excellent and encouraging RNS. We may have reached the bottom at 10p and the recovery should be on from here.

How much cash would they need to raise if they did do a placing, ball park? I don’t think they’ve said, but knowing this would give us some perspective.

2phevs, the placing shares are more than likely to have been forward sold. The SP had risen to around 2.5p in the days prior to the announcement of the placing. To the extent any placing shares remain unsold (after all there was a lot to churn) the only way out is a positive RNS or a good old P&D. Hopefully the SP has bottomed at around 1p.

ProfitJock, IIs are not interested in the company, they just want a quick profit from the placing. Why make yourself hostage to the company’s fortune when you can make easy money this way?

No, I don’t know if or to what extent they’ve been forward sold, just asking what the significance of 14 June is if (as some have suggested) they have been forward sold. I assume the issue of shares would just simply catch up with the prior money flows but perhaps someone could enlighten me?

Agreed, but AGL were in a similar position and by addressing it early they managed to pull off a placing with a circa 16% discount. I would not expect a placing here to be heavily discounted either.

Key words ‘in the coming weeks’ . A cash raise is not imminent and while unwise to spook the market in the AGM the drop in SP is overdone. Hopefully the placing will be planned well in advance and be similar to AGL. That is, if it is a placing which IMO it probably will be

Totally expected, arrived sooner than I thought, it’s all positive except the horrendous discount. Hey ho, we been here before, except before we had a track record of zero success. January 2024 drill was a success and EWT is the obvious follow-up. If the EWT is a success all will be forgiven as the NAV will be massive. If it’s not…….

If it’s fake news the company doesn’t need to comment unless SP is decimated as a result, but if it is true it needs to issue an RNS by now if not 6 days ago. Thinking it through, even if Swiss investor doesn’t come in, the recent share reorganisation was to allow a huge placing in the event that proved necessary. Gut tells me it’s fake news

2. Diamonds - IMO probably not, although AP might negotiate a cash payment (substantially discounted) in lieu of the diamonds. It is not a good look for the Zimbabwean Government to simply hand over the diamonds to an ex- colonial lot so a cash alternative might be a more palatable outcome all round

3. No refinancing and therefore big placing to exit current lender seeking to be repaid - possibly, but we’re in big trouble going forward if this hapoens as it will decimate the SP and any future confidence in the company could be irreparably eroded.

Count to 3 and pray and hope AP delivers.

Better Harry put the RNS this morning rather than last week when the share price was lower.
