So given the IPO is delayed I thought I'd ask Chat GPT what is likely going to happen. We know that new figures had to be provided as the old ones are now aged. Its also delayed on sentiment. Combining those two,when would it likely occur? The answer is q4/26 earliest.

Finally an interesting post. My experience is that in these type of tech plays (I'm in telco but the guys at Guident are telco background) a $25m valuation isn't out of the question, in fact fairly typical....although Guident is still early stage but lets not sweat that for the moment. The problem is that the US wants larger company IPO's : 25m is too small for many institutions or even small investors to notice. That causes a problem. The answer is potentially a trade sale. For that we are probably looking at a longer wait.

As a minimum it puts a floor on the price and support for a sale. It will prevent a single bidder from pushing a lowball offer. That's why the SP has surged

If Guident IPO goes marginally well 15p should be easily with range. I'm a long term investor here and it pops on occasions. The biggest drag is Cliffs instinct to treat it as his personal bank account

I've said this before. They're Telco people. I'm Telco people. It's pretty similar to NOC/OSS software and back office. Many of those firms popped up.in the Telco space valued, let's say 25m to 100m either as trade sales or IPO. There is potential for considerable scaling here of course but as it stands they're a small firm with circa 16 staff and a turnover of some 78k. My take is a successful IPO could double the value of TEK. Let's say 15p per share but let's remember there's tie ins and TEK has form in taking their own profits. I'm long...although in some respects I wish I'd traded instead of invested because TEK is frothy thing

Its deeply annoying that minority shareholders can be treated this way and that there should have been better communication BUT the opportunity still remains for this to be a multibagger...now more so that they control the tech. I noticed that they have adverts on their site to recruit installers. So, as always it will be patience that wins out. Im currently 72% down....a few contract wins and I am sure it will be restored but a 60% dilution of my holdings still feels like an insult

It's an OSS with an ops centre..maybe 15 staff and a turnover of roughly 78k. They're Telco people. I'm Telco people. We have a long history of surveillance systems making good market cap. Maybe $10's of millions but this isn't a billion dollar firm yet...not for quite a while.

Agreed but it could be a wait. Guident had maybe $78k turnover. In order for it to be £200m valuation at let's say a PE of 10 (20 could be equally true) it would need £20m. That's maybe at least two or three years away. Same goes for Salt which is issuing loan notes and etc borrowings. The market will want to see the evidence before serious repricing happens. As usual there's something here but it's going to take patience

They could be realistic. Guident is tiny $78k turnover and maybe 16 staff. They're leadership come from telco. So do I. In Telco there's quite a few firms built surveillance and critical Comms type software and services. That's what this is: a layer of security for robots and AV. I the past it hasn't been unusual for similar propositions in Telco to gain lofty valuations. My guess would be $20m to $40m is fully achievable....billions...nah

Hardly any employees, a turnover of $78k and not entirely unreproducible intellectual property. Sure, it's worth something and could attain a strong valuation as critical to AV safety but placing. $1bn valuation in the short to medium term is unlikely. You're suggesting it's worth in the order of Qinetiq to put that into perspective
